Role Responsibility
As Atlassian Tools Administrator you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the daily activities of the Atlassian Tools and work with stakeholder’s project requirements. You will advise us on best use & selection of tools in the Atlassian family (Jira, Jira Service Management Confluence, portfolio etc.) and ensure that we get best value from these tools (suggest how to make most efficient use to keep license costs down)
As Atlassian Tools Administrator you will:

Support Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence administration (projects, workflows, security schemes, custom fields, dashboards and reports configurations)

Optimize service projects and workflows for efficient service delivery for the Helpdesk using Jira Service Management instances.

Install, manage and administer Atlassian add-ons, plugins, and extensions using integrations with other tools through APIs.

Regularly meet with stakeholders to identify Jira, Jira Service Management Project and Confluence needs and implement them

Administer Jira Advanced Roadmaps for complex project planning.

Perform requirements gathering, and process improvement for Jira/Jira Service Confluence workflows.

design and implement automation rules to streamline and optimize business processes, ensuring efficient workflow automation aligned with organizational needs.

Conduct training for employees on Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence

Show expert level tool administration knowledge on Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence, as well as proficiency in Atlassian tool suite

Manage Atlassian users using Atlassian Access

Configure Project Setups, Components, JIRA Reporting, Report Filters and Dashboard creation
-
Configuring and maintaining Jira instances, with a focus on utilizing Zephyr Scale for test management activities.

Design and implement automation rules to streamline and optimize business processes, ensuring efficient workflow automation aligned with organizational needs.
The Ideal Candidate
How you’ll do it…you will be:

Experienced. You will have a background in configurating and administrating Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence. In addition to having experience in software development, i.e. programming, business analysis, project management, quality assurance, configuration management, consulting

Analytical. With the ability to identify key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution

A great communicator, both verbal and written. You excel in the relationships you build with stakeholders, able to work across various teams and have the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders

Organised. You are able to multi-task, prioritise and work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail

Inquisitive. You will be able to continually question current customs and practice; and initiate quality improvements
