Assistant Manager , Fashion Workroom

Role Responsibility

A service and people driven team player and natural leader who supports the Sales Manager in driving world class service by taking ownership for ensuring seamless customer and Team Member experience on a day to day basis. Working within the busy Fashion Workroom on all aspects of alterations through to displaying an understanding of Tailoring, you will be a key part of the team as well as a coach and mentor. You will be known as an ambassador for world class service, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall strategy for driving service across your area.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be an authority when it comes to customer service, and you will have previous experience of engaging other people to deliver your vision. Within this role you will need to feel confident in giving feedback to others, and you will need to demonstrate your passion and enthusiasm for creating an extraordinary customer and Team Member experience. In addition, you’ll be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and strong relationship management skills, an in depth knowledge of tailoring and alterations as well as dealing with customer service issues.
