Role Responsibility

  • Responsible for supporting the Business Manager lead and inspire the Pat McGrath team
  • Ensuring the team are reaching their KPIs
  • Working with the Business Manager to ensure reports are completed

  • Clienteling experience
  • Up-to-date product and beauty knowledge
  • Experience managing a team 
  • Experience with event planning
