Role Responsibility
We are looking for an administrator to join our HR Team, focusing on providing a value added recruitment service to our exciting business, driving effectiveness and performance in line with business goals and Selfridge’s values. We are looking for someone who is proactive, passionate about finding talent and has exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and will thrive through constant challenge and inspiration.
Working as part of the Recruitment team you will support in ensuring that we deliver and extraordinary experience for all customers. You will work with the team to deliver excellent customer service to the business, and ensure all HR requests are processed such as offer packs, interview bookings and meeting scheduling. You will build excellent working relationships with customers working proactively with them when issues arise. You will keep teams informed, tell and share stories and support team members to enable change. In the role you will review processes, look for efficiencies and challenge and create best practices. You will coach the team and promote co-operation throughout the department and be a role model for the company values.
The Ideal Candidate
As the successful candidate you will have excellent attention to detail, be accurate in your work and ensure confidentiality is kept. You will have excellent customer service skills while also being a strong communicator. You will have proven leadership skills and always look to seek continuous improvement in your team, processes and systems.
