AEM Content Editor

Role Responsibility

We are looking for an Online Content Editor with strong Adobe Experience Manager experience, building content pages and maintaining our website & app. 

This role focuses on supporting the Online Trading and Operations functions using a customer-centric approach to ensure the website is maintained to the highest standards. A keen eye for detail is a must while carrying out quality checks, making sure content follows E-Commerce, CX & SEO best practices.

You would also be required to support with the on-call weekend team rota. During peak periods and campaign launches there may be a need to work early morning and evening shifts. 

As an AEM Digital Content Editor, you will:

• Communicate across multiple departments within the business for all aspects of managing site content.
• Have ownership of building weekly homepages, editorial pages and ad-hoc content within AEM for international website variations.
• Liaise with the Online Trading and Production teams to ensure all expected content is available within the allocated timescales. E.g. Missing links and featured products.
• Support the Editorial team with ad hoc content changes in AEM e.g. site information, restaurant and service pages.
• Own the end to end process and showing responsibility for the overall delivery of their project.
• Update the store opening hours on .com, Google & app.
• Support QA testing for items delivered in releases, site redesigns & optimisations
• Continuously optimise our ways of working to ensure business needs are delivered to meet goals.
• Provide best practice recommendations and monitor insights to spot trends and opportunities to optimise content.

The Ideal Candidate

- A strong knowledge of Content Management Systems is required

- Experience in a similar role

-  Have excellent problem-solving skills.

- A great team player, knowing how to support and guide others in order to get the best out of people, using your sound leadership abilities.

- Clear communication is a key part of the role and you will utilise this to build strong relationships across the business.

- Enjoys working  under pressure & meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with juggling multiple projects while providing clear communication & regular updates on progress is essential.
